Raw choc chia pudding

I absolutely love Chia pudding, it is such a simple and yummy breakfast. I always tend to make it the night before so I can just grab it super quick in the mornings. The great thing about Chia pudding is that you can use so many different flavor combinations, and it literally takes about 2 minutes to throw together, which is so great for a quick easy and really tasty breaky. Just grab a jar and eat in on the run.

Personally I love a mix of raw cocao, cinnamon and maple as it gives an amazingly rich chocolaty flavor. Layered with mixed berries and cashew cream makes for a perfect lazy morning feast. Plus, chocolate for breakfast, guilt free = winner!
